Dominic qualified in 1987 at Richards Butler (now Reed Brown) in the City of London where he remained specialising in leisure property law for 10 years. He then returned to his roots in the South of England, joining the commercial property department of Blake Morgan in Fareham where he led a 8 strong team specialising in retail and leisure work. He then took his team to Southampton law firm, Paris Smith before setting up his own niche property law firm in Bishops Waltham. He was asked to manage the Commercial Property Team in Trethowans Southampton office as a partner there before he set up Beeton Edwards with Rebecca Edwards in June 2009.
His clients are national and local pub, restaurant and night club owners drawing on his 30 years plus experience in this sector. He also acts for London investment companies. He has a specialisation in dealing with the legal aspects of buying and selling marina berths.
His interests include composing music for television, film and new media, hosting a meditation web site, playing in a French jazz band and performing ambient music.
